مبادرة تأسيس مجموعات بحثية متخصصة
تسعى
عمادة البحث العلمي إلى رفع مستوى البحث العلمي وذلك من خلال العمل على تحديد هوية
الجامعة البحثية ووضع الضوابط والإرشادات لتكوين المجموعات البحثية والعمل على بناء
القدرات البشرية وتجهيز البنية التحتية اللازمة للبحث والتطوير والابتكار في مجال
تخصص المجموعات البحثية من خلال تهيئة البيئة المناسبة وبناء وتحديث البنية الأساسية
ورفع قدرات ومستويات الباحثين للمحافظة على عطائها والوصول الى مستويات التميز والريادة.
الأهداف:
1.تحديد هوية الجامعة
البحثية.
2.تشجيع الباحثين على عمل بحوث متوافقة مع المحاور والاتجاهات
المتصلة باحتياجات الجامعة وذات الأهمية الوطنية.
3.الارتقاء بالبحث العلمي
من الناحيتين الكمية والنوعية.
4.تهيئة مناخ تفاعلي بين
الباحثين، وتوثيق الروابط بينهم بتعزيز:
أ-العمل البحثي بين الباحثين في نفس التخصص أو
التخصصات المتكاملة لتكوين مرجعية علمية.
ب-الشراكة مع الجامعات والمعاهد البحثية المماثلة
محلياً ودولياً.
5.إشراك الباحثين الجُدد وطلبة
الدراسات العليا في تنفيذ مشاريع وأبحاث المجموعة.
6.تعزيز الشراكة بين
المجموعة البحثية والقطاع العام والخاص.
7.أن تصبح المجموعات البحثية
نواة لمعامل ومراكز بحثية متميزة مستقبلاً.
الشروط:
1.تتشكل المجموعة البحثية
من ثلاثة باحثين فأكثر من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ويفضل إشراك باحثين مساعدين من
منسوبي الجامعة.
2.يرشح أعضاء المجموعة
البحثية أحد أعضائها ليكون مشرفاً على أعمالها وممثلاً لها في عمادة البحث العلمي
لمدة سنتين قابلة للتجديد.
3.تخضع المجموعة البحثية
للوائح وأنظمة عمادة البحث العلمي في تمويل وإدارة البحوث والمشاريع.
4.يشترط على المجموعة
البحثية تقديم وصفاً لمجال المجموعة البحثية واختيار مسمى لها عند تأسيسها.
5.يتم إبرام عقد بين أعضاء المجموعة وعمادة البحث العلمي.

Specialized Research Teams Formation Initiative
The Deanship of Scientific Research seeks to enhance the environment of scientific research and innovation in Qassim University by focusing on the university research strategy and setting guidelines for establishing specialized research groups. Furthermore, the deanship supports the researchers by providing the necessary infrastructure for research, development, and innovation in the research groups' areas of specialization. This would be improving the capabilities of researchers to maintain their high-quality research standards.
Objectives:
1-To
determine the research identity of Qassim University.
2-To encourage researchers to conduct research work compatible with the university research directions and national priorities.
3-To
develop the scientific research in QU quantitatively and qualitatively.
4-To provide an interactive environment among researchers and to strengthen the links between them through:
a-
Working among researchers in the same specialty or integrated disciplines.
b- Partnership with national and
international universities and research institutes.
5-To involve new researchers and postgraduate students in achieving the group's research projects.
6-To
strengthen the partnership between the research groups and the private/public
sectors.
7-To
establish research labs and centers of excellence based on the established
research groups.
Conditions:
1-The
research group consists of at least three researchers from QU faculty members.
It is preferable to involve assistant researchers from QU.
2-The
research group members should recommend that one of the members be the group
supervisor and representative at the Deanship of Scientific Research for a
two-year renewable period.
3-The
research group will be governed by the rules and regulations of the deanship
related to the management and funding of the research projects.
4-The
established research group must provide a description of its field of research
and decide on a suitable group name.
5-The
group members will sign a contract with the Deanship of Scientific Research.
